Fall in Love with Yoga: Beginner Series
Welcome to your mat! Join this beginner series yoga class; ideal for anyone looking to start or re-new a yoga practice in a comforting and therapeutic environment. Learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice including postures (asanas), breath awareness (pranayama), and how to create an intention (sankalpa) for your practice and your life. Yoga facilitates proper posture and alignment, enhances circulation, boosts mood and memory, improves muscle flexibility, fosters balance and radiates inner strength and beauty. Allow this class to illuminate your path to improved health and wellness. Advanced practitioners welcomed! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Mindfully Meditating through Yoga:  Align your chakras for true awakening
Unwind and restore the body and soul from your busy day with this slower paced, meditation based yoga class.  Restorative postures linked with introspection allow you to fully unwind. Let each class take you on a unique journey through your body via the chakra system. A peaceful final relaxation assisted by essential oils complements the culmination of the class. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
